Washed Sage Fringe

This top features a boat neckline, a drop shoulder, and FRINGE. The sage-blue-green mineral wash is so pretty and compliments everyone. This top is one of my favorites. It's a western, but with a twist. My favorite way to wear this is with flares and boots.
